Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The store charges you and sends the receipt.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, the store shows its length and the first charge date before you confirm.
Cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Choose Kinokora → Cancel subscription
Cancel on iPhone
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Choose Kinokora → Cancel Subscription
Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund rules.
- After you cancel, paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the store first.
