About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and KARTYKK LLP for using Kinokora. By using Kinokora you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Kinokora for a business, you accept these terms for that business.
Your account
Give correct details, keep your login safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
The service
We work to keep Kinokora available and correct, but we may change, pause or end features. We tell you in advance about changes that take away something you paid for.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices, including GST, are shown before you pay. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and also follow their terms. How renewal, cancelling and refunds work: Subscriptions.
AI answers
AI features give general guidance and can be wrong. They are not professional advice. Check before you act. See AI in Kinokora.
Fair use
- No unlawful use, and nothing that harms others.
- Do not attack, overload or try to break into our systems.
- Do not copy or resell the service.
Kinokora box and electrical safety
Wiring mains-powered equipment (fans, heaters, pumps) must be done by a licensed electrician, following local rules.
Kinokora keeps safety limits and turns outputs off after a power cut, but you remain responsible for your crop, equipment and premises.
Our rights
Kinokora, its design, text, data and software belong to KARTYKK LLP or its licensors. Open-source parts keep their own licences.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Kinokora is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost crops, profit or data. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Kinokora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms, and we tell you why where the law allows.
Law and disputes
Indian law applies. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. Disputes go to the courts in India.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.
