What we delete
- Your account (name, email, password, Google link)
- Farms you own, with their crops, tasks, notes and photos on our server
- Box readings and alarms linked to those farms
- Push notification tokens
What we keep

How long it takes
We confirm your request within 72 hours and finish within 30 days. We tell you when it is done.
Data on your phone and devices
- Phone: uninstall Kinokora, or More → Account → Erase all data.
- Kinokora box: factory reset it (hold the BOOT button for 5 seconds) to clear its Wi-Fi, PIN and settings.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it first: how to cancel.
